These Terms of Service govern your use of the ATHREXX online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

1. Store and Products

ATHREXX offers performance and training-related products through a Shopify-powered online store. We aim to describe products accurately, but minor variations in appearance, packaging, screen color, or manufacturing details may occur. Product dimensions and compatibility information should be reviewed before purchase.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must provide accurate information when placing an order and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, or use the store for fraudulent activity.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, discounts, and other amounts, where applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout. We may change prices or promotions for future orders at any time. A price or promotion does not apply retroactively to an order already accepted unless required by law.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, stock or fulfillment problems, incorrect pricing, or inability to ship to the destination. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the affected amount.

5. Promotions and Bundle Offers

Promotions, bundle prices, and free-shipping offers are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase and may be changed or ended for future orders. Discounts cannot be combined unless the checkout expressly allows them.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, international fulfillment, customs, and shipping issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, defective products, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

8. Product Use and Magnet Compatibility

The ATHREXX Magnetic Gym Bag is intended for use on compatible magnetic steel surfaces. Magnetic hold can vary depending on the material, shape, coating, contact area, movement, and load. Check that the bag is securely attached before placing valuables inside, and use reasonable care around gym equipment. Product information is not a substitute for following equipment or facility safety instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

The ATHREXX name, branding, website design, text, graphics, images, videos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to ATHREXX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, or exploit our content without permission except where law allows.

10. Third-Party Services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, review tools, analytics services, and social platforms. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

11. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights or remedies relating to defective goods, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ATHREXX as the merchant, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country or region where you live. If applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights take priority over any conflicting part of these Terms.
